Crepe (Eggs, Milk, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy/Vegetable Oil), Farmer Cheese, Cream Cheese, Eggs and Vanilla Sugar.

Baking Instructions
Microwave:
Place Blintzes on microwave safe plate and place in microwave. Heat Blintz on medium setting for 1 minute. Heating time will vary with different microwaves.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 325° F. Place Blintzes on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 7 minutes.
Pan:
Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on medium flame. Place Blintzes in pan for approximately 6 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
CAUTION:
Contents are very hot, so please handle with care. Do not overheat. Overheating can cause unwanted texture changes.
